How to Order

Payment for Pre-order Items

１）Pre-order items require payment of the deposit (partial or full amount) via bank transfer.
２）Pre-order items cannot be ordered with cash on delivery only.

About Shipping

１）Shipping costs are not included in the product price. Shipping is calculated based on the volumetric weight of the product.

２）Since pre-order items are not yet completed, we cannot provide a shipping estimate at the time of reservation. We will contact you once the actual shipping cost is confirmed.
３）Shipping methods：

・Standard items: EMS Airmail / DHL

・Large items / Oversized items: EMS Sea Freight
４）Shipping cost estimates：

  • Products with elaborate bases: Volumetric weight tends to be larger, resulting in higher shipping costs

  • Large statues with volumetric weight over 40kg: Shipping costs may be significantly higher

５）Products with elaborate bases tend to have larger volumetric weight.

About Import Duties and Taxes

１）For international shipping, customs duties, consumption tax (GST/VAT), and other taxes may be charged by customs in each country. Please note the following regarding these costs：

  • Customs duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Amounts are calculated based on the laws of the destination country

  • We cannot predict or estimate these customs fees

  • We cannot bear any costs incurred during customs clearance

Payment Information

１）About the Deposit：

Once your reservation is confirmed, the deposit you provide is immediately forwarded to the production studio through our store. Therefore, we regret to inform you that deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.​​

２）Balance and Shipping Payment：

  • Notifications regarding the balance and shipping payment will be sent to the email address you registered.

  • Please pay the balance within the deadline specified by the production studio after the product is completed.

３）Payment Deadline：

If payment is not received within the deadline, your order will be automatically canceled. Please note that the deposit already paid cannot be refunded in such cases.

４）Completion Date vs. Shipping Date：
The completion date is not the shipping date. The studio ships products daily, but it takes time to ship all produced items.
