【About Cancellation Deadline】
You are free to cancel until payment is made. After payment, once we pay the studio, we cannot accept cancellations thereafter for any reason.

【If Cancellation Deadline is Passed】

After the deadline, the reservation fee and production quota have already been submitted to the studio, so we cannot refund the reservation fee.

【About Cancellation】

You are free to cancel until payment is made. After payment, once the order is confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations in principle. This is because arrangements for shipping to Japan have already been made. However, in unavoidable cases, we will refund 50% of the order amount. Please contact our assistant via chat or email to apply for cancellation.

Garage kits made of resin or polystone are inherently fragile and are shipped packaged in the same condition from the studio. Unfortunately, products with many detailed features are unlikely to arrive undamaged. Basically, damage must be repaired by yourself using adhesive. Depending on the damaged part, we may be able to offer the studio's after-sales service, but additional costs such as shipping will be incurred. Please contact us via chat for consultations about obtaining replacement parts or repairs for damage. We will check whether replacement parts are available, but this does not guarantee that parts can be obtained. Note: Requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product.
