We receive many anonymous inquiries through the site chat, which may cause important consultations to be buried among other messages and delay our response. To provide faster and more reliable support, we kindly ask for your cooperation in contacting us through our Discord server after your purchase. We hope that the inquiries we have received individually will serve as helpful reference information for other customers and become a place for exchanging useful ideas.

After-Sales Service

Garage kits made of resin or polystone are inherently fragile, and products with intricate details are unlikely to arrive undamaged. Basically, damage can be repaired by yourself using adhesive. Depending on the damaged area, we may be able to offer the studio's after-sales service, but additional costs such as shipping may apply. We will handle inquiries about obtaining replacement parts or repairs due to damage on a case-by-case basis. We will check if replacement parts are available, but we do not guarantee that parts can be obtained. Note: Requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Assembly Support

Overseas garage kits and statues generally do not come with instruction manuals, which can make assembly difficult. Some parts may break under their own weight, so careful handling is required. We share assembly videos for some products on our dedicated Discord.
